Miles2Smile’s Taleem initiative has transformed the lives of hundreds of children in the underprivileged families.

Our program has been instrumental in providing access to education to children from marginalized communities, particularly those from Muslim families who attend Madrasas and are often neglected when it comes to mainstream education.

The first Madarsa Miles2Smile took under its care under the Program Taleem was Madarsa Miftahul Quran from Shiv Vihar, Delhi.

The initial aim was to provide basic facilities in the Madarsa along with quality learning materials to the 50 children in the Madrasa. The program soon became a  success, and we expanded to take other Madarsas under our care.

Along with that, we also built two Madarsas in the Rohingya refugee settlements of Nuh Haryana under the Program Taleem. These madarsas serve as a source of comfort, hope, and strength for all the inhabitants living in the settlements, especially in their times of adversity.

We believe, for people who have to face significant challenges in their lives, such as poverty, discrimination, or trauma, turning to faith can be a transformative experience, one that can help them overcome their difficulties and find a sense of purpose and meaning.

The program’s impact has been tremendous, with over 500 children enrolled in various Madarsas. The children are being provided with a safe and supportive learning environment, which has empowered them to dream big and achieve their goals.

Not only has the program had a profound impact on the children, it has also had a beneficial influence on their families and their communities. Additionally, the program has had a positive effect on the income of all the teachers employed in the Madarsas.

The primary objective of the program is to bridge the gap between mainstream and Madrasa education and provide the children with plenty of opportunities. Give your Support Now.
